Reservation
You can reserve a room right now filling in the form given below.
We strongly recommend to fill in all the form lines: personal information (full name), date and time of arrival, period of accommodation, type of the room reserved. You may also state your individual desires connected with staying in the hotel, e.g. transfer from the airport, performing presentations, banquets and business meetings in our hotel.
The hotel administrator will send you a written confirmation of reserved hotel services. For this purpose we ask you to state your contact phone, fax numbers / e-mail. Reservation cancellation and making alterations is performed not less than 24 hours before check-in at individual reservation and not less than 3 days before the beginning of a group check-in. Otherwise, the client will pay a fine for the room downtime at the rate of reserved rooms charge for one day.
The room charge includes accommodation and breakfast. The payment for accommodation is performed on arrival at the hotel in rubles, in cash or non-cash form, and by VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro Diners Club credit cards.
The client pays for the whole period of accommodation in the hotel on check-in. In case of non-cash payment the hotel services are rendered only with 100% advance payment. The “passport data” line is not obligatory to fill in but we recommend to fill it in not to waste your time on check-in.
