Reception and accommodation of guests in the hotel is performed according to the “Rules of providing hotel services in the RF” ratified by the Resolution of the RF Government #490 of 25.04.1997 (rev. by the Resolution of the RF Government #1104 of 02.10.1999, #693 of 15.09.2000).

A priority for accommodation in the hotel is assigned to people with confirmed room reservation. All the other guests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Room reservation is deemed confirmed after the Client’s receiving a unique reservation number.

If reservation is not assured by the company or a credit card, the reservation of a room is remained until 21:00 of the check-in date. In case one doesn’t check-in till 21:00 the reservation is cancelled and the Guest is accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

To get a right for accommodation a Guest must show one of the following documents at reception: passport (civil or foreign), identity card, military service ticket, or other document executed in due order and confirming a person’s identity.

A Guest must fill in a registration card and give it to the reception manager together with the above-stated document to register accommodation. In case of free accommodation a Guest chooses a room category among free rooms and pays for accommodation. Then he or she is given a Guest card and room keys.

Accommodation of domestic animals and pets in the Hotel is strictly prohibited.

Accommodation charge is taken by hotel days*. Check-in time in the Hotel is 12:00 local time, check-out time is 12:00 local time. In case of early check-in accommodation charge is taken in the following way: not more than 6 hours before check-out time – charge for half a day; from 6 to 24 hours before check-out time – charge for a full day. In case of check-out delay accommodation charge is taken in the following way: not more than 6 hours after check-out time – charge for half a day; from 6 to 24 hours after check-out time – charge for a full day.

Information about the prices for rooms and extra services is available at reception. Accommodation charge is dependant on the room category and the services rendered to the Guest.

Accommodation of children under 6 years old (in case of family accommodation) in the Hotel without providing a separate room to a child is free of charge. When providing an extra place for a child from 6 to 12 years old the charge is taken at special rates available at reception.

Administration provides for the Guest’s accommodation in the Hotel only for a paid time period. After the paid time period expires accommodation can be prolonged, at the Guest’s request, only if free rooms are available. The present clause is necessarily introduced to the Guest when concluding an accommodation agreement (at the time of application or payment reception).

The Guest must observe safety rules of fire prevention and usage of electric appliances in the room.

According to the RF legislation, the Guest reimburses the losses in case of his damage or loss of the Hotel property and is responsible for any violations made by people invited by him or her.

People invited by the Guests are allowed to visit them from 7.00 till 22.00 local time. It is necessary to show an invitee identification document at reception. In case of failure to show an identification document, the meeting must take place in the Hotel lobby. In case of violation of the rules these people’s staying in the Hotel can be limited in time or interrupted.

It is strictly prohibited to take dishes, table sets, food and beverage away from the restaurant without prior agreement with the restaurant Administration.

The restaurant Administration reserves the right to refuse to render services to the Guest in case of his arrival in sport clothes, trainers or slippers and in case of his breach of common rules of behavior.

It is prohibited to drink alcoholic or other beverages and eat food taken with you in the Hotel public places: restaurant, bar and fitness-centre.

Administration is not responsible for valuables not deposited to the safe.

Loud music and other noises are not allowed in the Hotel.

It is prohibited to pollute the territory of the Hotel. There are special litter bins and ash-trays intended for litter collection. The Hotel Administration reserves the right to impose a penalty on the Guest for breach of this rule.

On check-out from the Hotel the Guest must pass the room to the housekeeper on the floor and then pass the Guest card and the room keys to the reception manager and to pay for all the services registered in the Guest bill unless the third party has officially claimed liable for his bills. After the payment the Guest is given a bill for accommodation with interpretation of the services rendered.
